Students in teacher Megan Thompsons Holocaust Studies class view images from the Holocaust on Friday, Nov 10. Thompson coordinated the lesson plans for Holocaust Education Week and gave her own students more in-depth assignments. We really can take our time and really learn about things in detail, Thompson said. They can see a lot of parallels in modern day life, and be able to say I dont want to participate in that. So. I think it gives them a broader perspective in life.
