Keeping Up With the Clubs: Poet Society
The Poet Society hosted a meeting on Friday, Dec 9 to create poems and cards for sick children. Poet Society members were asked to create encouraging and inspirational poems to send to Cards for Warriors.
During the meeting, each member drafted up ideas for their poem and then created their final draft coloring and adding drawings that fit the theme of the poem.
Poet Society meets one Friday a month after school in Christine Forza’s room, 3-211B. The poet society is free for anyone to join and encourages new members to join.
