Hayden is a senior at Hagerty and this is his third year on staff. This is his second year as the sports editor and is into everything sports. He is also in his fourth year as a varsity golfer on the golf team.

The community gathers to celebrate by eating barbecue, smoked on site at Round Lake Park.

Many kids played at the park while the celebration was on. From playing basketball, to playgrounds and the inflatables.

Local volunteers help serve the community barbecue.

Many people lined up at many food trucks to get ice cream, italian ice, barbecue and more.

Kids gather in front of the state for the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem to kick off the celebration.

The community stands for Landon Nolan, who is a local resident and sang the National Anthem for the event.
