Louisiana brand hot sauce has been around since 1928. They use a variety of “aged peppers” that go through the development process with vinegar and salt. This sauce has its own unique flavor that adds to any dish. Louisiana is far thicker than most hot sauces which may account for its higher quality. It ranks low on the Scoville scale for hotness but is a great flavor amplifier for those who enjoy the simple taste of pepper without the spice.
