Pink’d game for Breast Cancer Foundation
The annual Pink’d home football game kicks off on Sept. 27 against University High School from Orange City.
National Honor Society will be sponsoring their third annual Pink’d Out Pig Out on the soccer fields before.
Leadership will be selling Pink’d t-shirts at the game and two weeks prior to the game at both lunches. All proceeds will be donated to the Breast Cancer Foundation. Students wearing the Pink’d t-shirts on Fridays during October will be able to leave school five minutes early from sixth period.
On Oct. 16, the volleyball team is hosting a Pink’d game against Oviedo High School during homecoming week. The game starts at 7 p.m. and Beta Club will be selling pink rally towels at the game.
Leadership will also be hosting the first “Scare Cancer Away” tailgate on Oct. 25 on the soccer practice fields at 6 p.m. Students will not be able to park on the field. This will be an hour and a half before the last football home game against Timber Creek High School. Students are welcome to bring their own food and tailgating festivities.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Hagerty High School. Your contribution helps us publish six issues of the BluePrint and cover our annual website hosting costs. Thank you so much!
