Butterfingers

Named after the term “butterfingers,” used by sportscasters to describe players who could not keep hold of a ball, the Butterfinger was released in 1923. Whether they thought it was a Twix or just had no clue, everyone who tried the Butterfinger just could not guess what it was solely based on the shape and wrapper. Butterfingers did not end up being a candy that people hated or loved, it was one that was just there.
