“Crunch has a lot more free weights, so it’s more at your own pace. They have different racks depending on your level, so you can do different things depending on where and what you’re working. There’s a lot of different people with different levels of their workout path, so you don’t have to feel intimidated. There’s some people who just started and other people who are bodybuilders or some people there for sports, so it doesn’t really matter [what you’re working on],” senior Mackenzie Wallace said.
