Buffalo

Typically used on Buffalo wings, Buffalo sauce is slightly different from a regular hot sauce. While the same ingredients as hot sauce are used, melted butter is whisked in to give it its smooth and rich flavor. Buffalo sauce is typically only a part of certain “buffalo-style” recipes but can be a substitute for hot sauce depending on someone’s pallet.
