Cholula

Cholula

Cholula is made in Mexico by blending native Arbol and Pequin peppers with an array of regional spices. It ranks relatively high on the Scoville scale but flavor-wise, it tastes more closely to a taco sauce than hot sauce. Cholula is a light orange color and is denser than normal hot sauces with a consistency similar to buffalo. When choosing a hot sauce for daily use, Cholula will not be your go-to.
